1. What materials are the products made from?
Our furniture is made entirely from solid pine wood, oak wood, or a combination of both. For production, we use only carefully selected first-class wood (Class A), free from defects, which ensures excellent quality and exceptional aesthetics.
We use full solid wood slats without finger-jointed bonding, allowing our furniture to maintain a natural, uniform appearance while offering outstanding durability. All materials come from trusted, certified sources, guaranteeing their safety and reliability.
2. What makes your products stand out and why are they worth choosing?
Our furniture combines hand craftsmanship, highest quality materials, and carpentry precision. We do not engage in mass production – each item goes through the hands of experienced artisans and undergoes multi-stage quality control.

3. What is the maximum load capacity of the beds?
All our products are characterized by solid construction and high durability. The maximum load depends on the type of bed:
- Single beds – 200 kg
- Bunk beds – 200 kg per level
- Double beds – 400 kg
- Under-bed drawers – 160 kg
4. What sizes are available?
We offer a wide selection of sizes, tailored for children's and teenagers' rooms, and adult bedrooms. Upon request, it is possible to make custom-sized furniture.
5. Can I choose the color of the product?
Yes, most models are available in various color options. Upon request, we can also color the product in any color from the NCS or RAL color charts.
6. Are screws and fasteners visible on the products?
No. Our furniture is designed so that all connections are invisible, ensuring an aesthetic and elegant appearance.
7. How do drawers in beds work?
Our drawers are equipped with high-quality rubber-coated castors, which ensure smooth and quiet operation and protect the floor from scratches.
8. Is the product difficult to assemble?
No. Our furniture has been designed for maximum ease of assembly. All models are equipped with high-quality fittings that allow for repeated assembly and disassembly without loss of stability.

9. What warranty do your products come with?
Our furniture is covered by:
- a 10-year warranty on the structure
- a 2-year warranty on the lacquer coating
10. Are the paints used to decorate the products safe?
Yes. We use water-based paints that meet the strict EN 71-3 standards. They are eco-friendly, odorless, and completely safe for children and allergy sufferers.
11. How are products shipped?
Most shipments are sent on specially prepared pallets, consisting of several securely packed parcels. The courier delivers the shipment to the indicated address, but is not obliged to carry it inside.
The delivery to door service is available in selected countries (Poland, Germany, Austria). You can select it when placing your order if it is available for your location.
12. What is the waiting time?
Most of our furniture is made to order. The current production time is indicated for each product. Delivery usually takes 3-7 days, depending on the country.
13. Will I receive shipping information?
Yes. When your parcel is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification. Additionally, the courier will contact you to arrange delivery details.
14. Can I change the shipping date or schedule delivery for a specific day?
Yes. If you wish to change the shipping date, please contact us. Changing the delivery date before dispatching the order does not involve additional costs.
15. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We deliver throughout Europe. If you are interested in delivery to another country, please contact us – we will prepare an individual offer.
16. What if the product I receive does not meet my expectations?
We make every effort to ensure that our products are consistent with the description and photos on the website.
However, if the furniture you receive does not meet your expectations or differs from the photos or description, you have up to 100 days to return the product, in accordance with the regulations.
17. What if my shipment is damaged?
Our shipments are securely packaged, and each one is insured for the full value of the order.
However, if damage occurs, we will immediately replace the damaged item with a new one.
Remember to thoroughly inspect the shipment upon receipt. If you notice that any of the packages are damaged, report it to the courier, request a damage report, and take photos – this can be crucial for the claim to be accepted.
